Should be 17 Volt minimum from cells to charge a 12V lead acid or gell battery. |

Free-Us-Now User ID: 28986686 United States 12/12/2012 08:08 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Thank you for this Great Post But the really expensive parts are the Batteries because you need a good amount to store power and run off them for a while during an outage, And then the Inverter to covert your battery power to Home ac Current and you want to get a Pure Sine-wave not a Modified Sin-wave inverter, Modified may produce a low hum like a cheap power supply for Radio equipment. So a Grand or two for decent Batteries and Grand or two High amp Pure Sine-wave inverter. Thank you for your post. . |
