Loud Booms in Northlake GA

Damn. There's another one. Two big booms and small one.

I can't hear anything

Close to Tucker, 285, in Dekalb County.

Neither can i.

WTF that is Tucker Ga, not Northlake GA. For crying out loud, Northlake is a mall, one that is dying a slow death. Used to live near there many years ago.

There is CONSTRUCTION taking place at Church Street, at 285.. in Tucker, near Northlake; just south of Stone Mountain Hwy.

PAY ATTENTION to the WSB TRAFFIC REPORTS!!

They were talking about it just 20 minutes ago at their 1:15 newsbreak and traffic report.

Ah, well never mind about their online traffic report, they had it listed near the bottom of the page under "Ongoing Construction & Other Closures" earlier today, but its not listed there now.

Yeah that and loud booms were also just heard in Northern Florida. Not construction.

I'm 1 exit away from that mall...didn't hear anything.

Not exactly where you are OP... but Booms were reported in Georgia by the CSRA news today.

"There has been more reported mystery booms reported in the CSRA.
Columbia County Emergency Management Agency director Pam Tucker tells WJBF News Channel 6, there have been widespread reports of the booms during the last 24 hours. Tucker describes the reports as booms which sound like "explosions or thunder."

Coincidence or nah???

I'm in the FL panhandle near Eglin AFB and I hear 3 very loud booms about a minute apart this afternoon a little after one o'clock . Lived near AF and Army my whole life, this was LOUD.
