The First Article in a Constitution should be “Only Natural-Born-Earth-Humans can occupy a position in the government"
Then this “First Article” should be reinforced with a second one:

“Any government employee should suffer a thorough physical examination each month in order to validate his compliance with the First Article.”

If not, we will never get rid of leaders like Obama, Netanyahu, the Bushes, the Clintons etc

since Black's law dictionary defines human beings as monsters (look it up!) it should read “Only a Natural-Born-Earth-Man or Woman can occupy a position in the government"
