People are paid what they are worth...some just aren't worth shit...anyone can push a broom...if you want to make more money then go learn a skill...
Quoting: BRIEF While that's kinda true, but you're missing the point. You know as well as I do that they have just as many over-paid staff as they do under. The same could be said for the CEOs and other board members..they aren't really worth that kinda money. Regardless, the problem is the fact that people continue to work there and don't go somewhere else. As long as people fill those positions, they aren't going to change anything. People have to set an example and not work there instead of just bitching about it. If the position was made unattractive, they would increase the wage until it garners attraction...simple as that. That's the point...I guarantee those who are unsatisfied with their pay have looked around and were not offered any more money because they are at the top of their pay scale already, therefore if they want to EARN more money then they need to offer something over their competition, like learning or improving on a skill.
