Someone's feeding you some crap! Most Americans don't make that much.
Quoting: JeepersCreepers all these engineer guys and even teachers and whatnot told me here on glp that they earn a huge amount of money There was even a guy with an anthropologist degree who claimed to make 80K wtf? If I were to make that much money I'd be in heaven. Fuck europe.. Teachers, policement, firemen, other public (government) employees can make that much because the taxpayers are paying their salary. And some of them are in unions that keep negotiating high pay increases every year.
