I workout first thing in the morning. I can't really eat too much in the morning, so like you I drink some water. I always do some sort of cardio in the morning. I save the weights for after work.
After I workout I generally have a banana and a glass of milk. Then off to work. I have some type of mid morning snack at around 10:00am.
I too love working out in the morning. I am sooo tired at work if I miss my workout.
