Yes, an MK Ultra operative would have been that kind of monster, to kill children in cold blood. But Adam was no such operative. I do not believe that someone described as being borderline mentally retarded would be capable of being trained as an operative. There is zero evidence supporting that he was or that he had any weapons training at all.

You can only work with the material you have. Adam was not 'MK Ultra' material. borderline retarded? where did you get that. I've read comments by people that knew him saying he was a genius. The initial rumors were that Adam was mentally challenged in some way. Now it's been watered down, again by an anonymous source, to a "personality disorder" (whatever the heck that means. I'd say 99.9% of the people on this site have a "personality disorder").
