Deputy Secretaries of State Bill Burns and Tom Nides will both testify in Clinton's place, according to the office of Senate Foreign Relations Committee Chairman John Kerry (D-MA).

I don't get this. It sounds as if she never has to testify. How about in a couple of weeks seeing how she's feeling and then calling her to testify. Why does it have to be this Thursday or NEVER?? If she goes back to work, then she is well enough to testify. And who the hell is Kerry to "insist that she could not and should not appear"? Why is he making the decisions? Is he her physician now?

This is so transparent. So transparent, yet they know they can and will get away with it.
