That Jupiter photo (proving that it has a Van Allen Belt) was taken from far way; right ? Then why Mr Allen had to send balloons for 5 years (with Geiger detectors) in order to validate his theory instead of just watching the sky through a telescope (like your pic) ? Maybe because you cannot see those high-sped circling particles until you go there ? |

That's just what the site says, and I'm not a scientist so I have no way to verify this. It's an interesting question, that's for sure. |

(like the Moon and Mars landing; it is pity that they never afforded a high resolution camera...) |

Quoting: ironicus So maybe this cage is not so "naturally occurring"... but then, its generator (or whatever) would have to be in the center of the earth... but there is (?) only molten lava ! What do you think? Recent theory is that the innermost core of the earth is a solid iron crystal, surrounded by a layer of solid iron that is not crystalline, which is then surrounded by a layer of liquid molten iron. As the solid core rotates inside the fluid core, it generates the earth's magnetic field & protective radiation belts. And the LORD spake, saying, "First shalt thou take out the Holy Pin, then shalt thou count to three, no more, no less. Three shall be the number thou shalt count, and the number of the counting shall be three. Four shalt thou not count, neither count thou two, excepting that thou then proceed to three. Five is right out. Once the number three, being the third number, be reached, then lobbest thou thy Holy Hand Grenade of Antioch towards thy foe, who being naughty in My sight, shall snuff it. All energy is the result of the environment. I would imagine that the radiation belts are a defense mechanism. Non naturally occurring, more than likely being generated by an underground installation. Jupitor could have one due to it's excessive electrical charge and interesting composition. In all likelihood it was probably jupitor that served as the model for the generator. Keeps us in and them out. We are an experiment. |
