Corporations are itching to do this because of the high cost of shipping their products across the ocean.

I would be in favor of banning them from buying land.

That's not really what insourcing is. I know, because I happen to work at an "insourcing" center where we do all the work that used to be done in the other companies of our corporation. Lots of people around the country got laid off, but at least the work wasn't sent overseas and is still being done by US citizens.
