Sorry but hollow points are used in some PD's in training. As I said, my bro-in-law uses HP in their training. The reason is there is a difference in the dynamics of the hp and ball ammo. Not only in the stopping power but also how the weapon react when the round is fired and the bullet leaves the gun. That is one of the reason why his department
now uses the hp in their training, and that is why the
DHLS uses that type of ammo. Like I said, this is what he
