This is the plan of the NWO/Illuminati/jew-banksters. Put simply, it is disarm the populace, and meanwhile raise up a police state around the people to rule over them (ie, heavily armed police, FBI, "Homeland Security", etc)

In the end, it comes down to BRUTE FORCE. If "the people" (collectively) retain forces superior to that of the State, they can remain free. If the State has superior force, there is tyranny. PERIOD.
