Okay so, let me attach a side question if I may:
What about 'Grandfathering'?
Will they make all the people with magazines that hold more than 10 rounds turn them in?

I think it'd be REALLY hard to enforce something like that, you know? My God, there are millions of mags that hold more than 10 rounds in circulation... But I don't put it past those clowns in DC to try it. Yea, it would be very difficult to enforce.
