It will be the 1994 ban on steroids. If you have an "evil black rifle" you can keep it but you won't be able to sell it. If it breaks it will be illegal for a gun smith to work on it. Also no mfg of parts by anyone. It also will do nothing for lowering crime. But the Feinsteins of this world will have a feel good moment and pat themselves on the back.
Quoting: indiandave I tend to agree. Interesting tidbit here... Any ban would only be inforcable via the interstate commerce clause. If it's built and sold only in that states borders, it can't be inforced...or so I hear. That's interesting!
