3 of my 4 children have had ADD and so have I.

My children are now in thier 20s, and I am in my 50s. It was a strugle to get off these meds, but did so by taking a mushroom extract called Ganoderma.

Only one of my children is still on prescription drugs, and she is 25.

I would also suggest taking iodine, limiting sugars, and completely getting off all artifical sweetners.
