Sonic boom, explosion boom or quake boom?

I live in PVBeach OP & heard nothing. There was, however, a 5 car pile-up on the old Ponte Vedra/Palm Valley Bridge after lunch today. No other flyby's out of Mayport, etc., to cause a sonic boom. Perhaps you live on the West Side and heard some test from NAS Jax &/or live round training at Cecil Field. When my ex & I would fly our private planes out of Craig, we were often diverted (given vectors around Cecil / NAS Jax) due to military exercises. I'm sure that *this time* it was nothing more than 'business as usual'.

I live here too, off chaffee rd near the 10 and I heard it too, i thought it was a jet but i didnt see anything so yea.

did you guys hear another one a few minutes ago? My neighbors heard it- they all came out and turned their lights on- I'm in Jax Beach/ PVB area. Sounded like a transformer blowing out maybe- don't know, but it scared me half to death after reading all of this doom! Lawsy, I need to take a break from it- going to bed now, I'm sure I'll have more than a little trouble going to sleep tonight!
