Sometimes I wake from a dream that felt more real than what I awake to. But it slips away. And I cannot remember it. But just because I cannot remember, or think it, I know it is still more real than what I hold now.
Quoting: SlimExponent Do you feel that our "perception" of what is more real to us, being our dreams or our "awake" life depends upon where we are at in our lives? For example, if we feel that our awake life is going pretty shitty, then we are more drawn to our dreams holding more meaning for us? Quoting: KIP i think the fact dreams feel more real is that they are 100% yours. everything you "see" so to speak, your brain created. they are a product of your own. Quoting: Charlie Chaplin So, is it not theoretically possible that our brain has created everything around us; that we are really and truly "alone"? This being said, would that not make me "godlike" (no pun intended, well, maybe a little) and this is just my "production"? (sorry, couldn't help myself) Are "you" really there or are you just a creation in my mind? How could one tell?
