Here are some other factors to think about at the same time. 100% of all school shooters: Ate food Drank sugar laden beverages Watched television regularly Had sleep disruptions Had violent episodes within one week of their crime Had issues with bullying (on one side or the other, often both) Came from controlling home lives Lived in a Christian influenced environment Felt disenfranchised or as if they lacked power in their own lives Played violent video games Now, do any of those have to do with what caused them to take action? Unknown. But if you want to link anything to a specific behavior, it helps to look at all of the things they had in common. |
