The whole movie quoting aside, how does the fact he is there and is doing 'Presidential' stuff make him legitimate and the question at Court able to be dismissed? Likewise, Congress..or as the Judge said The United States Government recognizes him as President....well that is because THEY HAVE TO!!!! Not necessarily because it is true. If all of congress stood and refused to work with the President, there would be uproar that they had to go through the COURTS!!!
