So here's my crack at this:

Do you mean to say, that the Grail exists everywhere, yet is the only thing that does not actually exist?

Or perhaps the Grail is the only thing we can ever be sure DOES exist.

But that can't be, since the grail exists in everyone; but in no one is it truly intact.
