Go to the rural, agricultural areas (Nor-Cal).

I live in Oakland and the crime is out of pocket. Its so bad people who have guns and should have them in good faith believe they need to sell them back so the streets are safer. I'm thinking for San Fran and Oakland--- those guns were not the original owners guns.....

I grew up in Oakland, beginning about 45+ years ago. I moved back about 15 years ago. Oakland has one of the best views in the world, gazing out at the GG Bridge, the Bay Bridge, and the SF sky-line (and mount tam), etc, Oakland has a micro climate that is mediterranean, it's about 68 degrees on average, which means perfect summer weather (the fog rolls in at night as a natural air conditioning system) and beautiful fall and spring weather, and not-too-cold winter weather.

Oakland has some of the best restaurants in the world. If you like people with some degree of sophistication, and color, Oakland is the place. Oakland is a true melting pot, and always has been.

We have real problems, too, but it is confined to city hall, and certain areas of town, the rest of Oakland is a mecca for fine living. And that's a fact.

They did this in Chicago a few years ago, most of the guns were old worn out pieces of shit, the rest were stolen for quick cash by crackheads, I'd like to see a picture of the actual guns they're buying, I betcha they're mostly crap.

Most if not all would be stolen or junk guns not worth $200
