We made the mistake of keeping all his videos on someone's channel whom we thought could be entrusted to see this through. A week before D day the guy bailed out, afraid of the backlash. Spineless. Deleted his channel from YT along with all Patrick's videos. So now everyone thinks Patrick caved, when he did NOT. |

This is the first interview I ever heard of Patrick Geryl and I knew he was a big loon back then [link to oneradionetwork.com] I wonder if we'll ever hear from him again. I think I'd be changing my identity if I were him. |

Apparently, the mistake was made by the Spanish in the 16th century who converted the Mayan calendar to the Gregorian calendar. He claims to have support of 2 Mayan elders. He claims to have support of 2 Mayan elders. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 28547021 it surprises me he takes that for granted so easily. 't could be right, who knows... but other, more educated, people have already gone over the calendar and translation issues many times, and came up with many different results. besides, anyone who thinks the future is set fixed in dates, is missing most of the point. |
