You feel bad because of guilt. Stop blaming yourself for things you cannot control anymore. The more you dwell on the past the more your future will suffer. Set short term goals. Set a deadline and make it happen. Check site for ideas:

If you are feeling confused/lost etc i can almost guarantee the things you managed to pick up will be nonsense.
Your vessel will not be clear enough to allow proper insight to come through.
You dont need a psychic to give you reassurance on how to live your life, gets some rest, do some things you enjoy, raise your vibration and calm your mind. The rest will follow. ;)
