Lol me, too. Sorry, I don't mean to laugh, but I really did.

Natasha, as others have said, spend as little time as possible with the people who are abusive to you and bring you down. Conversely, spend more time with people you like who make you feel good.

When you absolutely HAVE to spend time with those who are abusive to you and are mentally unstable, just think of duality: light and dark, up and down, yin and yang. Be the Light to their darkness. Be the Kindness to their meanness. Be the Positivity to their negativity.

And no matter what, you can ALWAYS talk to any number of us here on GLP; either as a group or individually in email or however you'd like. What good are people if they can't be there for others in their time of need? We'd want the same thing for ourselves. I know I speak for a lot of other people on here when I say I'm always here for you to listen. EVERYone needs to vent. Each of us has burdens we carry. No one is immune.

Try not to feel so bad. Feel hope. Things will get better. They always do.
