there was a post from back in June, some mysterious poster said right after Mayan end date (dec 21st), when people think nothing will happen, some catastrophe will strike around Christmas. Can someone find that post?

Today on an economic based news story I hear tell spending is claimed to be the same as last year for "Super Saturday (The Sat. before Xmas)."
After the newscaster stated, "some are claiming this but we won't really know until the numbers are in." She said in reference to the claim that number are said to be the same as last year, "And, we all know that's not good!"
She further went on to explain that, "Super-Storm Sandy and the fiscal cliff nonsense," yes she actual said, "fiscal cliff nonsense," are causing people to spend less. So, I xan imagine it is not a good time to release a Super-Big-Blockbuster of the Season either.

also be aware that all the news & tv programs about the mayan end date during the late 60's and all thru the 70's was DEC.25TH 2012

they switched that date to dec.21st 2012 sometime during the early 80's
