Reporting in here in Eastern France. Its getting dawn but the moon outshines everything else. Whats weird is that its already night but the sky looks like a cloudy sky during day

[ link to en.wikipedia.org] "–4.00 Faintest objects observable during the day with naked eye when Sun is high" Each grade of magnitude was considered twice the brightness of the following grade (a logarithmic scale) Meaning something of -4 can be seen in the sky even with the Sun overhead, and an object of -12 magnitude (rounding down) is 256 times brighter. (Closer to 512, but I think you get my drift)
