Why is ther so much 'research' into the Sandy Hook massacre?

The typical response of a site like glp is for an army of researchers to collect, synthesize, and analyze information from all available sources. This is what makes glp great. There is no other capability like it available to us.

This similar response however, has seen a proliferation of 'Sandy Hoax' content across the internet. On many different boards, even websites spring up the next day with the sole purpose of analysis. There are also an extraordinary amount of threads on glp, new ones coming in every day.

On one hand, you could surmise more people are seeing through the msm propaganda and have learned the drill, and more people are on the bandwaggon. Also the extreme intensity and horror of the event itself would provide extra motivation.

But is there something else at work..psyops style. By increasing exposure of the 'hoax' elements to the mainstream through a larger footprint, is a way to further discredit any truth or conspiracy analysis due to the gut reaction - 'he killed babies...how can you be so inconsiderate, lunatic haters!'. Or even a planned continuation of the initial objective of the massacre through information operations and social manipulation.

I put this out there as an observation of potential abnormal content reactions on the internet. Maybe it is normal amd to be expected given the heinous nature, as well as what one must admit are too many discrepancies to be ignored.
