Anonymous Coward User ID: 7715788 Canada 12/25/2012 09:40 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | The FOST (french onion soup tart) pre meal wrecker for me. 2 tbsp butter 3 tbsp olive oil 4 med-large red onion sliced salt (slow carmalization, about 50 min for the greatness) 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar (throw in after 50 min and cook for another 10 min) Use a homemade pie crust and add some fresh thyme into the crust as rolling out. Make you tart shells. Bake shells at your temp for the crust you use for 5 min. Take out and fill with onions and add a drop of snow goat cheese. Back in oven for another 10-15. Remove and eat all 38 tarts. |
