I have tried to overlook it for a while now. I have even tried to justify it by saying I'm middle aged. It's normal. Well, it has become a cold harsh reality that I am way over my ideal weight. I wrestled in high school. Was able to run 10 miles at the drop of a hat, but not now. A mile would be a bitch.

Well, no more. I am going to lose the gut and hopefully get back to feeling better. Man, this is going to be tough. 50 pounds to lose...
