UFO's over Indianapolis/greenwood IN area

I've got a video you can see the last one to leave in. It gets really bright then shoots into the atmosphere.

Only problem is I don't know how to upload a video without being a user.

It sounds like night skydivers with flares. As you said they only travel downward (while they sway gently side to side).

It looked almost like chinese lanterns. That's what I thought it was at first.

We (sis and pregnant cousin) all saw them heading south on Sherman toward County Line.

They were bright orange, and formed a double tetrahedron shape.

They could move very swiftly or hover like balloons. One by one, they all shot off past the clouds (It's a very thick overcast tonight) except for one.

This one you can see in the video, hovering, before getting really bright and moving beyond the clouds.

First time I've personally laid eyes on a group like that. It was almost exactly like what people have been seeing lately.

Is it possible it was skydiving boot-flares and just before it ran out of sparkles, the parachute opened, making it appear as though it "shot upward into the atmosphere" and disappeared (out of juice)?

This was located in Indianapolis, my friend counted 32 of these Red orbs and that didn't pulse at all.
