I would suggest water after an hour, to drink plenty of water, but after a month! Wow, you must be in agony. Do you have healthcare access?

Try taking some Vitamin D3... You may very well be deficient in it...most people are. It helps with all kinds of ailments including headaches.

Do some googling on it. It's worth a try?

I did google it, most of the information basically said take ibuprofen or asprin, none of which address the source of the problem. If I don't address the problem I'm going to be taking meds for my entire life, to the hell with that.

I eat a ton of eggs every week, trust me I am getting my vitamin D3.

If you're not trolling, you need to get that checked out.

A month long headache could be an indicator of a brain tumor.

I think the idea is to lower the blood pressure, a cold towel on the neck might bring some relief also.

Plus I avoid carbohydrates, so there's no significant amount of sugar in my blood stream for cancer to feed on.

It is used to make sure you urine is at 7.6 ph (saliva in the morning can be used also) You should also check out way to get more O2 into you, 3% hydrogen peroxide in a nasal mister is one way, be sure to read the directions and tape the nozzle part onto the bottle if shooting it into your throat.

Where is your headache op - behind the eyes, top of the head, sides of the head, or base of the skull?

Is it worst morning, afternoon, or evening?

Is the pain burning, stabbing, dull, sharp, or any other specific quality you can put to it?

With this info I may be able to help you further determine a possible physical cause of your pain....then you cld seek a solution.

About a 15 days ago, I'd had a bad migrane for about a month and it went away. I was getting worried because I know that's not normal but I didn't have healthcare so I was really relieved its gone. Haven't even had a twinge of headache since and its been about 15 days.

Forehead mostly, plus somewhat the front part of my head. Worse in the morning but basically the pain stays persistent all day, I only got relief when eating for some reason, and I mean eating anything, meat, cheese, vegetables, anything I eat helps it for the duration of my meal but then it comes back shortly after my meal.
Quite dull and rather faint at times, but again, it's always there, persistently bothering me.

This may have had some merit, if my pee wasn't light yellow, clear for the most of the month, only yesterday was my pee noticeably dark yellow, and that was because I was working out all day, helping my grandma with water issues in her house, had to turn off water, I guess I'll drink more to see if it helps.

Any other symptoms or changes you have noticed with this?

How is your diet in general? Healthy? - and consumption of energy (ie meals) spaced thoughtfully/evenly throughout the day?

How are your sleep patterns?

Does anything else give the headache relief?

Hope it's feeling better right now!

I sleep for hours in night time then wake up for a bit, take another nap that lasts for hours.

My meals come when I am hungry.

I avoid all sugars, and carbohydrates, so no starchy potatoes, corn, rice, wheat, fruits, all of that stuff, gone.

so I eat cheese, leafy green vegetables, and meat. Mmmhmm bacon.
