You may very well be deficient in it...most people are. It helps with all kinds of ailments including headaches. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 21157878 Do some googling on it. It's worth a try? I did google it, most of the information basically said take ibuprofen or asprin, none of which address the source of the problem. If I don't address the problem I'm going to be taking meds for my entire life, to the hell with that. I eat a ton of eggs every week, trust me I am getting my vitamin D3. |

Worse in the morning but basically the pain stays persistent all day, I only got relief when eating for some reason, and I mean eating anything, meat, cheese, vegetables, anything I eat helps it for the duration of my meal but then it comes back shortly after my meal. Quite dull and rather faint at times, but again, it's always there, persistently bothering me. |

I avoid all sugars, and carbohydrates, so no starchy potatoes, corn, rice, wheat, fruits, all of that stuff, gone. so I eat cheese, leafy green vegetables, and meat. Mmmhmm bacon. |

Quoting: Anti Vortex Long hours bent over a keyboard can do damage to the spine resulting in terrible headaches. Sit up straight. I am on my iPad so I sit back comfortably with my back at 110ish degrees, very comfortable for my aching back, with my iPad on my raised legs which is resting on the coffee table edge, like I said, comfortable :P. |
