As far as monitoring is concerned everyone has willingly attached a tracking device to themselves in the form of a "smart phone". I'm the only person I know that has never and will never own one. Connected to a computer data center everyone's movements are already tracked 100% even if the phone is "off". They can also activate the microphone and camera anytime they want. The vast majority of people have now given the government every single bit of personal info they ever could in the form of every friend and associate, all their personal interests, access to all their personal photos and videos, through Facebook especially.

They don't need to have 250,000 monitoring millions. Computers are doing it, storing it all. Even if they don't have the capacity to analyze the data it is still being stored indefinitely. Kids being born will have their entire lives documented from cradle to grave. Everyone they knew, every success and mistake, every movement on the Earth, every interest, etc.

And everyone, including everyone on this except myself and MAYBE on this forum a few others, is complying willingly.

Who else here has never and will never own a mobile phone or use social media?
