Central planning and control has never worked. Laws that are applicable to some states and cities are not appropriate to other states and locales. When you have bright young urban things brainstorming what would be a good idea for a law or regulation, they see only that which they have experience of and do not consider the needs of those whose experience they do not have. Decentralization and trading first with your neighbors is a much better idea than any kind of central government. Broader governance is only needed for larger projects that affect multiple communities.

I came face to face with him on drugs, and I used to take drugs daily for years.

Most people will never understand the word horrified, but I was beyond scared when it happened.

On the surface it would seem like they're trying to bring peace with the New World Order, and yes there will be peace. But when you dig a little deeper you will realize that the peace will not happen until all humans are chipped with an RFID chip which will be used for buying and selling. Peace will happen because of humanities enslavement. If we protest against this enslavement system they will shut down your chip and you won't be able to buy food because the chip will have all your money in it. Without the chip you can't buy anything essential for your survival.
I have to give it to them, it's a really smart plan. All the major empires over the world would eventually fall. But this system, the NWO, with all humans chipped, will ensure that no one can rebel against this world power because they will simply shut down your chip and you will cease to exist.

No, they are not. They are simply demanding total servitude to them. They need wars to continue in order to strengthen their hold over humanity. They need turmoil in order to feed the economic machines required to support their huge slave holdings. They have no desire to serve humanity, they demand humanity to serve them.

If you truly doubt what I say, ask yourself this one very important question. What have they done for the betterment of humanity? Can you name one thing that they have done that actually helped humanity?
