Ex-military here...that is not a drone...but I don't know what exactly it is. I'll admit, it could be a type of drone that I've never seen before...

Or it could be a spider on a windshield or something.

Ah I see, that does look like the "octocopter". Apologies for thinking you were an idiot saying it was a type of predator drone.

It’s a news camera drone, not sure who is selling them no make or model on it out there. A company called Airpano.ru has been known to operate them and Ridus owns one also. I’m guessing the American broadcaster "ESPN" were impressed with these pics below from it and bought one. Lot cheaper than a blimp to run that’s for sure. I bet they had the pics on TV from the drone and no one realized it.

Considering the game was in a dome, the title is extremely misleading.

that's not a drone its an osprey from a ways off. Props in the vertical position do a search on osprey aircraft
