Moses changed the Golden Calf into a Powder that he mixed with water and made people drink from.


Then he told them to pick up their swords and go around killing each other.

Then how do you know that God exists? God supposedly wrote the Bible. That is where the idea of who God is comes from.

aye. the true God. Blood religion. Man will not understand thinking in terms of right and wrong as we understand it. God does not see such things in those terms. Only absolute truth in divinity.

How sad or wrong, such things may seem to us looking through our eyes. But through the eyes of God divinity is divinity and truth is truth.
One must not view such things from our eyes, but seek the divinity and absolute truth.

I always thought that when you saw "the LORD" in the Old Testament, it referred to the alien "gods" who were in control at that time on earth. I think they still are in control, just don't show themselves like then. Although, according to the OT, they didn't really show themselves then either.

And I'd also read that after Moses created a pact with them, he realized he'd been had, but it was too late for him to turn back.

God never wrote the bible, men did, and women and children have been suffering for it since the dawn of time.

As they fled before Israel on the road down from Beth Horon to Azekah, the LORD hurled large hailstones down on them from the sky, and more of them died from the hailstones than were killed by the swords of the Israelites. So the sun stood still, and the moon stopped, till the nation avenged itself on its enemies, as it is written in the Book of Jashar. The sun stopped in the middle of the sky and delayed going down about a full day. There has never been a day like it before or since, a day when the LORD listened to a man. Surely the LORD was fighting for Israel!

More Old Testament religious tolerance: King Azariah is afflicted with leprosy not because he did anything wrong, but because he failed to destroy the "high places" of the idol-worshippers. In other words, he was slowly killed for not being intolerant enough.

When they first lived there, they did not worship the LORD; so he sent lions among them and they killed some of the people.

As usual, God kills people for not worshipping him


That night the angel of the LORD went out and put to death a hundred and eighty-five thousand men in the Assyrian camp. When the people got up the next morning--there were all the dead bodies!

God kills 185,000 Assyrians in order to keep them from one of his "holy" places

God promises to mercilessly punish the "wicked" and "those who love violence" (interesting that he describes them as two separate groups). Of course, he defines "wicked" in a rather curious way, as the term apparently included the innocent babies of Sodom and Gomorrah and countless other blameless children throughout the Old Testament. Moreover, it is rather hypocritical of him to hate those who love violence, since he loves violence himself

jesus was a made up individual to promote oppression under
Roman authority and have people obey their mater in weakness. The majority of the new testament, turn the other check, do what authorities tell you, was written to keep the slave class of the time from uprising.
