Possible FEMA camp... Pennsylvania

Near my house there is a prison.. It is the state pen, here is the address

1 Rockview Road, Bellefonte, PA 16801

and this prison is huge.. but right outside the prison is an even bigger building, it is like a small fenced in city... it was recently built from ground up in about a year or two, we never really paid it any attention, but yesterday they had the lights on for the first time, they were brighter then any prison I have ever seen. there is railroad tracks leading up to it, which is networked to all of the major cities and towns in this area, as far as i know there is no one inside and no one knows what it is, but its about twice the size of the prison. the entrance sign is blank, just white stone...

I think this is a FEMA camp... and whats really scary is now its starting to operate
