Life is not an either / or proposition.

I have never noticed people with long or short butts.

Clearly you missed the entire point of my response.

Boring is playing it safe. Staying at home all day, eating healthy, and taking no risks. Fun is being drunk all day, smoking cigarettes, and eating unhealthy.

Hence, living boring will be a long life. Living fun will be a short life. For some, this is our only options. We can't have a long life and a fun life if you know what I mean.

You clearly have no clue what fun is.
What you are talking about is not fun, that's just tarded.

You want short tarded life or long untarded life is your real question, I pick the long untarded life above the short tarded life, the shortbus life of which you're a posterchild.

long and boring if I did not have to deal with the sadness, loss, stress, work, money....ect.

I think I would chose short because I know "long" includes the above listed. I don't care about drinking and all that other crap.
A short life filled with love of friends and family would be better than having to deal with all the other hurts.

No dumass. That's what fun is for ME. Why? Becuase I live in fear. Hence, the only thing that takes the fear away is alcohol.

So I asked a question what would YOU choose. Fun for you can be different than fun for me.

Let me rephrase myself. Fun is what fun is for YOU. Everybody has a different way of having fun. Fun for ME is drinking alcohol.

Long and boring is just fine with me = 50ish female

I am a loner by nature, people do too much drama crap for me or else they act like they are living in a soap opera.

I can enjoy just sitting in one place for hours on end.
Yoga and meditate too.
Give me a nice porch and some tea and I am in heaven, with or without people begin around.

Maybe it is your age, when I was younger drama, consuming and partying was important. Now, I can enjoy simple things for hours on end, like my garden.

Long sounds good until your health starts to fail. When everything starts to hurt and you're tired,you have to go to doctors and they are always putting their clammy rat claws on you then the short life starts to sound more appealing.

The short life, mostly because people over 70 or so suffer horribly with aches and pains and illness, and their minds go. I don't wan to live like that.

You must be young.

the secret..

live boring when your young..eat healthy, etc..

and fun when youre old.. say over 40..is actually a good time to start smoking..eat whatever you want, etc..

figure, ya' got 40 years left- give or take a few years-

you die either way,

why have no fun?
