...I think you are using a corrupted bible. Do you have a link to the bible you are using?
That way we may be able to determine where it comes from.
This Bible which has been used by the Catholic Church for well over 1500 years, tells us that God, Lord God created everything.

Quoting: Anonymous Coward 31438452 I just read 1:26 in your Douay link and it says "let us make man in our image". Is 'us' and 'our' plural?
Did you know that the old testament was written in hebrew?
Did you know in hebrew god is elohim?
Did you know that any word in hebrew with 'im' on the end is plural? Therefore the catholic douay version lies and uses the singular term god, not gods. Does it piss you off to have been lied to for fifteen hundred years? It sure ought to.
Quoting: Anonymous Coward 23761823 "let us make man in our image". Is 'us' and 'our' plural? The Lord of hosts, God Almighty is the Trinity, according to His Holy Bible.
That is why we say: In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost/Spirit.
[1] In the beginning
God {1.} created heaven, and earth. [2] And the earth was void and empty, and darkness was upon the face of the deep;
and the spirit of God {2.} moved over the waters.
Matthew 28: [18] And
Jesus coming, spoke to them, saying: All power is given to me in heaven and in earth. [19] Going therefore, teach ye all nations; baptizing them in the name of the
Father {1.}, and of
the Son {2.}, and of
the Holy Ghost {3.}.
Luke 1: [35] And the angel answering, said to her:
The Holy Ghost {1.} shall come upon thee, and the power
of the most High {2.} shall overshadow thee. And therefore also the Holy which shall be born of thee shall be called the
Son of God {3.}. Matthew 3:[16] And
Jesus being baptized, forthwith came out of the water: and lo, the heavens were opened to him: and
he saw the Spirit of God {1.} descending as a dove, and coming upon him. [17] And behold
a voice from heaven {2.}, saying:
This is my beloved Son {3.}, in whom I am well pleased.
