I have never had a flu shot....or the flu.
Quoting: AdamCanFly Me also, i hav'nt had any shot since high school, 30 years ago now. No health problems here, in fact work colleagues who have shots seem to be the more sickly.  Me too! I haven't had it since high school, over 20 years. In that time I have had the flu twice. ....much better odds than the flu shot, without the side effects. But I am also very healthy, exercise, eat mostly veggies, don't smoke, don't drink etc. A good diet and exercise are your health insurance!
