A MAN who scammed investors with a fake magnetic engine and is now spruiking another impossible invention has been hit with a $300,000 bill for legal costs after being sued for misleading and deceptive conduct. Micheal (also Michael) Peter Nugent and his now deregistered company, Cycclone Magnetic Engines, have been served with a court order to pay the costs of the corporate regulator which took action against them in the Queensland Supreme Court. One of his investors contacted Fairfax by email to say ''the ASIC, plus these jerks [people who have tried to take over the company] and yourselves will no doubt rue the day that you decided to meddle with what will soon be the huge success story of 2013 on the OTCBB stock exchange [in the US]''. Mr Nugent has set up new companies called Novagen Solar and Novagen Energy and has been promising the new engine will have potential applications in the industrial, marine, aerospace and automotive markets. Get magnets in circular device with their poles aimed in such a way as to create a repel, attach to cog device, attach to alternator, attach to battery packs, whalaa. You could have a box the same size as a boiler on back of house with lots and lots of small spinning devices constantly charging battery packs to power home, add in some solar and wind generators and you can go off grid, but be prepared to have doors smashed in.

The tv was invented over 10 years before it finally was allowed to be sold to the public. A lot of people are not thinking outside the box. Many people have come close. This guy has thought of something that know one has thought of yet. People will say, why didnt i think of that, when the cats let out of the bag. Most of other peoples attempts have lost power to quickly when load is put into the equation. Read the press releases on loadstone motor corperation. They tell u what they can without giving away there paitents etc.

Quoting: People of the world 39153079 all magnets will lose thier power over time, unless they are electormagnets (which would be a waste of time to use in a free energy device). There are no 'magic' magnets, they would have to be replaced. Then you have the btu cost of manufacture etc etc. Much better to set up a water/wind powered elec generator, which can also power electrodes in water to create 'on demand' oxygen/hydrogen mix.
