It's all about the nature of the beast, baby...to divide and conquer. In any endeavor, it is always best to defeat your enemy, before you have even engaged them. They whom hold the strings certainly know this. They they are well versed in using a "scapegoat"; to incite division amongst the populace. They whom hold the strings use people's ignorance, to perpetuate bigoted stereotypes...as a means to an end towards their ultimate goal.
