Yes, Russia and parts of Europe getting Flu epidemic too. It travels by air... I just wonder why it is so early and high in USA?

No, vaccines DO protect you. They are not 100% effective. Neither are seatbelts, airbags or surgery. Because of that do you not wear your seatbelt, remove the airbag from your car, or choose not to have heart bypass surgery?

I've had the flu vaccine every year for 25 years, and haven't had the flue once in that period, though it has raged around me.

I was taking flu vaccine for 4 years and didn't have flu. My brother took and one week later had bad flu.

Last year I didn't take the vaccine and didn't have flu too. This year I didn't take again and had 24 hours flu.

I noticed that every year after taking flu vaccine despite not getting flu I always had very bad bronchitis lasting up to 2 months. It didn't happen without flu vaccinaton. I had done some researches and flu vaccine indeed causes in people long lasting chest colds or infections, so I told myslef - No more flu vaccine for me.

Vaccines are like poison. My Maltese got Autoimmune Hemolitic Anemia and almost died. The cause for it - vaccine!

They have closed the Childrens Hospital here due to the alarming rate of flu and cough. They have not done this since 2009 I think during the H1N1.

Wow, this is bad. Children, older people and those with weak immune systems are most affected. It is now becoming epidemic in Russia and some parts of Europe. Hmmm...

Buttermilk works like probiotic. I remember it was given in Europe in hospitals to people who were on antibiotics. It is healthy in many ways. The same with yogurt. Few days ago my husband had flu and I never remember him being sick. This man never gets sick. First day he was very sick and second day feeling much better. On third day he was fine and went back to work. I was giving him 4,000 mcg Vit.C everyday in liquid form, Manuka Honey, lots of buttermilk, organic chicken soup and garlic soup to drink. On New Year's day I had flu myself which also lasted only 2 days. Both of us took for two days larger doses of Carbon Medicinalis VP ( medical carbon in pills) to scoop internally virus and get rid of it from the body. It is also good for poisoning.
