My family and I live on a sailboat and constantly move around. To date we have sailed Florida, East Coast, Bahamas, and the Caribbean to the Virgin Islands.

We have yet to head west. We have you g kids so Mexico has seemed daunting with their high kidnapping rate. But we are still looking at that area of the Gulf.

I was wondering if anyone had visited or was familiar with the Islands of Panama. Like Boca Del Toro, or the Pacific side of Costa Rica.
