BTW, there has been an assault weapons ban. It's called the National Firearms Act of 1934!

However, there is one little catch. You see, the Federal government is more than happy to let you own an assault weapon - meaning a fully-automatic weapon. All you have to do is pay them a bribe .. oh, excuse me ... a tax. Just fill out a form, enclose $200, send it to the BATFE, and in just a few weeks you too can legally own your own machine gun.

Don't believe me - just look it up.

A "Semi Automatic Weapon", not fully auto in most cases. It can accommodate multiple rounds like the ones the cops have and still will along with the bad guys.

If your worried about protecting your home from an intruder, why not invest in an alarm system, a loud one, that would frighten off an intruder before they ever made their way to your bedroom in the middle of the night, while you were still sleeping, causing you to stir and fumble for your gun?
