In truth, this deputy was being an ass over this, but then so many are hired for lack of humanity an IQ.

this guy is a mental midget.he must of missed the part in ccw class,when stopped by a leo,he must declare hes armed.be cool follow orders and everything will work out fine.

It was concealed until the guy reached for something for the cop.
He may have worn a long jacket outside his van if the cop had not stopped him.

I don't see a crime, especially 'brandishing' a weapon

The officer is a mental midget.
He cuffed the guy but failed to secure the firearm. Then after dealing with the woman returned to deal with the weapon.
The "suspect" could have removed the gun from the holster and used it on him, when he returned.

Easy solution. He shoots the cop first.

Cops are just people. Usually people with some kind of inferiority complex.

In Florida you don't need to tell a cop you have a gun especially if your carrying it lawfully

In Florida, the carrier of a licensed concealed weapon DOES NOT have to tell an officer he is armed unless he is asked.
