The time to get upset is when your human rights are being abused. I dropped out of Catholic school after 5th grade (I simply refused to be subjected to the insanity any longer). I felt very sad for all the little sheeple I left behind there who didn't have the balls to stand up for themselves.

Why don't the parents beat that bitch's ass and just spend the day in jail and then they can fight it out in court? It would be worth embarrassing the bitch in public to let the judge know how much of cunt she is.

you know the old saying, "There are three sides to a story - yours, mine and the truth." Somewhere there's a middle ground in this story. Sure it can be entirely the teacher's fault or maybe it's entirely the child's fault. Chances are it's a bit of both.

There are a few people in this website that have a tendency to publicly expose who these people are, where they live and their telephone numbers. Then here comes the stalkers. As a person that was harassed off and on for almost 2 decades by a psycho chick, it's very, very annoying. More annoying to find her friends pick up the habit when they grew up to be adults. I'm onto a 3rd decade of off and on harassment by some in-laws. Thankfully it's not as bad as the other lady. I'm chalking it up to karma. So please understand this It's illegal for anyone to stalk and consistently harass another person. I personally feel that the person who expose these people should also be reported to the police or just take up a job as a private investigator and do something positive with that ability than something negative.

As a reminder, in The United States of America, everyone is innocent until proven guilty. Let the parent, teacher and school handle their own situation. The kid will survive and come out stronger if he's told to stop making a big deal out of it. Plenty of kids have had accidents and they survived the ordeal - even if it was/was not the teacher's fault. In the meantime, the parents can push for better treatment of their child and other children in the school.

Pretty sad....I can understand using the money for treats and prizes but this is ludicrous. Hope that teacher gets barred from teaching.

Sounds like the teacher over reacted to the bathroom problem that is found in most schools. Basically, there are a percentage of children that figure out that they can ask every hour to go to the bathroom, and then spend 10 minutes a day roaming the halls or playing in the bathroom. (Yes, 7-year-olds play in the bathroom. Pity the poor janitors.)

A more correct way to deal with this is to have regular bathroom breaks for the entire class every 90 minutes. It's simple to line the entire class up before school, before recess, after snack, before lunch, etc and take them all to the bathrooms.

Yup, or just beat the piss out of them whenever they misbehave...that's how the slave owners kept them in line...

This very thing happened to me in elementary school. The teacher would not let me go to the bathroom to urinate, which I had to go very very badly. So, I couldn't hold it and went all in my chair.

My mom had to bring me a fresh change of clothes and boy was she furious at the school. It is a very embarrassing situation to be in for a young lad!

Recently a friends grandson graduated and was excited to begin his teaching career...he was hired at a mostly black school and in just a few months he quit...

The other teachers tried to tell him just to pass them along because it's impossible to get black students to behave and take school seriously...but he was determined to "help" them...soon he woke up and realized the truth.

I had a fourth grade teacher bitch that would send you to the hall for whistling such as an inocent whistle while you work by accident without thinking about it. This big Bluto looking son of a bitch would come along and jack your ass up with a paddle. She loved it and she was a sick bitch. She needed a good whacking in the cunt to see how it felt.
Parents should be allowed to retaliate with equal humiliation to the offending teacher. Put em in the stock in the courtyard and throw rotten tomatoes at em.

I grew up in the projects - predominantly black and puerto rican. Of the entire class of about 25 students, only two kids misbehaved once in while. I could tell you one thing, if the students think that the teacher is a 'wimp', they will get over on the teacher. Yes, I've even done that myself,until he failed me. That stopped my 'ish'. Got back on that honor roll real quick.

That's the exception, because 99% of all the other black schools are just as I described.

It is the same at my daughters school. No bathroom during class.

However at break, lunch, etc. she says the lines are so long she can't always get to go.

I have told her if she is in emergency, just get up and go if teacher says no.

Told her I will deal with it if there is a problem.

It used to cause her stress, but since she knows I will stand behind her if she disobeys, she is a lot more relaxed about it.

The control system is starting earlier and earlier.

Look this teacher may have had a good reason to institute a "reward points" system in her class due to bad behavior but when a child has to go, well let them go. What can they possibly learn sitting in a chair with a full bladder, nothing. You can make the point that it was intentional but thinking back to that age I would have been horrified to do that in my seat knowing others would poke fun and I'll assume that reasoning is the same for this kid.

But then it's not really about teaching useful knowledge or skills is it?
