One woke me up this morning crawling on my face, and the housing manager refuses to do anything about them, he is white so go figure.
Anyone have suggestions?

We keep our place spotless but they sometimes manage to crawl in from my dirty ass neighbors. They never take out their trash. The maintenance man here told me some horrific stories about roach infestations from the black residents I know all about it, my Dad has had rental houses since I was a kid, and the rule was not to rent to blacks or Mexicans because of multiple problems with not just bugs, but crime, drugs, etc... AND destroy windows, screens, walls, carpets, appliances, fixtures. I too grew up in rentals...not just once every ten years, fuckin' every lease. They actually end up related somehow to the bastards that had to be evicted due to lack of payments and property destruction bullshit. I just let my rentals sit empty, it's too hard to get them out through the legal eviction process, too stressful, too expensive to remodel the house, basically raise another fuckin' family...cause they want everything free, everything fixed that they destroy. What a fuckin' nightmare!
