In this Age, credit is King and ALL people can form their OWN companies in their BUSINESS credit name. People will obviously never realize, but this video is way wrong in todays world. No matter what you believe, we are going into a cashless, credit based society. this is the 11th marble issue....living on credit....this is an endless cycle of ever increasing debt.... simply said get a loan for 10 marbles put them in your bucket. the the loaner wants 11 back. so were does the 11th one come from? Quoting: abeliever Stockmarket Will Be Blindsided... No early warning signal when new bank meltdown hits Gundlach’s now predicting an “ominous third phase,” a bigger crash, one whose impact will far exceed the damage of 2008: “Deeply indebted countries and companies” won’t default till after 2013.” Meanwhile, Washington and the Fed will keep kicking the can down the fiscal road. “Central banks may forestall these defaults by pumping even more money into the economy,” but “at the risk of higher inflation in coming years.” He admits he doesn’t really know exactly when this final phase will trigger, but warns you’re not “going to get some sort of an early warning” signal. He has “no faith” that any fiscal-cliff deal will resolve the deficit. [link to articles.marketwatch.com] |

Quoting: PhilippinoBob We are very lucky that we didn't go through what the OP said... the 90% correction. Not yet! Actually that correction was supposed to happen in two parts over a period of a few years but it didn't happen thanks to whom? Thanks to the vigilant eye of Obama. Yes, he virtually destroyed the plot to choke the American economy starting with a huge correction of 38% at Christmas 2012. That's probably the best thing he ever did. are you saying Obarry single-handedly stopped a huge 38% correction plot? So now the huger 90% plot will come at once at certain point? I don't know which one is better now |

abeliever (OP) Members User ID: 17868616 United States 01/22/2013 11:34 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | In my opinion, the most significant indicator of where we stand today is the fact that the market is above both its 140 year historical trend line and the trend line for the secular bear that began in 2000. These are the marco-forces that will gravitationally pull the market back into equilibrium at some point in the near future, likely beginning in late 2012 to 2013. Add to that any number of catalytic world events which could exacerbate such a correction. QE has been a countervailing force to recent market slides but, realistically, Fed Chair Bernanke can only feed the market so many cans of QE Red Bull before it eventually crashes. Quoting: psyoptics game was over last year. the outcome is just playing out now. i work in the AV field...ya know the fly on the wall of all those private meeting making and running their PowerPoint presentations. i work on investor meetings for UBS....2 years ago they would be holding 5 day meetings in 5 rooms of 200 people with standing room only. last year it went to 3 days in 5 small rooms of 50 people and most of the seats were empty. most of the inter company meetings talk about life after the fall. and they were talking about it being this spring. nothing left to do but watch this play out. even their new trillion dollar Obama coin can stop this. I remember early last year reading a similar post stating in the year before (2011) was all over, 2012 was supposed to be the last breath. Did the meltdown get a grace period? |

Anonymous Coward User ID: 14443159 United States 01/22/2013 12:15 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | The problem with this is that "Everyone" underestimates the power of the printing press and the gobermants that enforce the printed currencies use for commerce, by force. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 31968081 Yea that's my question too... as long as paper money keep flying off the press, and number in the fed account keep growing out of thin air, then the fed and government keep buying their own debt, it's plain silly but i see no instant death here. maybe a few banks will try to hold the market hostage, but overall as long as there's more fake money being pumped into the market, it will just be a slow depreciation over a long period instead of a collapse After WWII each bank staff's salary is about 200 Yen in Japan, right now 200 Yen won't even get you a decent meal. but it didn't happen like Weimar Republic or Zimbabwe |
