Doesn't matter what race, I have seen people take time in line on purpose. I was at a Goodwill when this hispanic woman was arguing over the price of everything. The prices are clearly posted, but she still didn't want to pay for her 15 or so items. Only one line and at least 10 people waiting. Finally everyone started making comments, one guy right behind her said hurry up stupid and she yelled racist and turned around, she was face to face with a big hispanic. He just looked down at her and smiled and laughed. She told the rest of us to shut up and stop laughing. I and a couple others said "No" and she stormed out not buying anything.
