Felt a major tug on the crown of my head.

And at the end of the 5 mins. nothing will change and the world will continue as is.

I gave it my all for a good ten minutes.

Now, we KNOW THIS WORKS!

This was my experience: As soon as I began, closing my eyes, a smile washed across my face. A genuine smile, my eyes nearly closed because my cheeks rose so high, and my face was creased!

I do not claim to be psychic, and I am uncertain if remote viewing is possible....but my mind has certainly become open to the possibility it is real.

I swear, I "felt" the "voices" (really I experienced the "thoughts" of others across time-space) exclaiming things such as "This is incredible!" and "We really are connected through consciousness!" etc.
I then "spoke" or projected the thought, "OK, now we know this works, so let's focus on kindness."

Kindness really is a beautiful thing. It is one of the most beautiful actions a human can take toward another. The idea of kindness is linked with love. If you love yourself, and you love creation, including all other humans, you want to express that love and it is expressed as kindness to all. There are different forms of LOVE- platonic, love of God, love of children, love of spouse...But perhaps there is only one pure form of kindness.


I hope we can do this again soon. Should we shoot for next Sunday at the same time? What should the topic be?

I love science a lot but I think I'm a pretty spiritual person too.. and am always looking for new perspectives to redefine my views.

Never been asked before to suggest books.. but "Behavioral Neurobiology" by Gunther Zupanc is my favorite text - very well done. As for lighter reads: "This is your Brain on Music" by Daniel Levitin, or "Animal Minds" by Donald Griffin.

Do you have any suggestions for me?

i have a mindfulness bell chime on my android that rings off and on throughout the day, allowing me to stop for a moment here and there to be 'mindful' and connect.

Then at 2pm EST you can get in the shower and visualise all the positive, uplifting thoughts being washed from your aura and swirling down the drain into the sewage pipe, to the water treatment center and ultimately back to the rain cycle. Positive uplifting thoughts are raining and snowing down on all, but washing off you and not sticking so long as you keep soaping.

Win-win?

You were just thinking and persuading others to do so too. Your words mean nothing, you will change nothing people with feel warm and glowy and that is it. Your idea sucks, and those that folow this band of fools also suck.

All it did was to remind me just how gullible and desperate people are in the world to be part of something. If you want to make a change do volantary work, or help someone in need, but don't make out you are some sort of bringer of change when you do jack shit to make it change.

Oh mommy i can change the world if enough plebians think I can, we can send out thoughts like prayers and look! I am smiling and seeing things and am delusional but I swear I connected to the others and wham bama ding dong, shit is better already.

These things do work, it's absolutely obvious to anyone who has ever tried them and is not completely shut off of the "energetic" feelings.

It's been proved several times that even a relatively small group of people meditating daily with the intention of "healing" a city reduces crime radically.

Quantum reality, that's what this is and that's why this "weird" stuff works.

This is the first I've been able to post since the meditation time. Guess my meditating on Kindness did help those of my immediate family. They kept interrupting and wanting little things done for them.

If you plan another time, I'll participate again. It was refreshing...even with interruptions.

It is simple, let me explain, I was a drunk on a bar stool day and day out. I told my fellow daily drinkers I'm quitting drinking and changing my ways.....they went out of their way to stop me.......25 years later some are dead some are still on the same bar stools....by God's grace I did not listen to them.

Trust in God become one with God....we all become one.
